Email support@nearer.io with any question about Nearer. A person reads and answers every message. If something isn't working, tell us what you tried and what you saw, and send a screenshot if you can.
When you connect Nearer to an AI assistant, the assistant can save a goal as small steps, show your next step, mark a step done, break a step into smaller ones, and list your goals. It works with your task lists only, and it can't delete anything.
To disconnect an assistant, open Settings in Nearer and choose Disconnect next to it under Connected assistants. That revokes the assistant's access to your account, and your lists and cards stay exactly as they are.
To change your plan, update your card or cancel, open Settings in Nearer and choose Manage under Subscription. If you cancel, your lists stay in your account and come back as soon as you subscribe again.
Open Settings in Nearer and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. This removes your account and everything in it for good, and we send you an email to confirm.
